Easter 2012

Dyeing eggs....Branson's a bit of a ham.

Macie did a good job, but Branson had a hard time not reaching into the dye, and throwing the eggs. He broke a few that way, he's such a BOY. 

Cute little Macie that is growing up so much, it's crazy. People who have just met her say that she is 3 going on 16.......so true! 

Allie is still such a nice little baby. She is totally happy to be held because she rarely gets to during the day. 

The Easter Bunny came while we were gone to church, and hid everything downstairs :)

I made Branson a cute little tie to match our outfits.

I walked into my bedroom and found Macie coloring with her toes, it made me laugh.

She wants three meals a day, plus snacks, and she's still nursing a lot. I think she's going to be a chunk like Macie was.

Allie loves to be outside! So I set her on our front porch and leave the door open if I need to be at the computer for a while. There is a window at the computer desk that is right above her while she's outside. But people driving by probably think I'm awful!

He is still so nice to Allie! Which is crazy because he is always beating up Macie.

Photo Session Time?

Just wanting to know if anyone is interested in a photo session this summer and fall.  Fall gets busy, so if anyone wants to do it sooner than that, I would love to!  Also, I just added some pictures of my sister-in-law and her family on my photo blog.  Check them out, and feel free to leave feedback and constructive criticism  :)

We're back!

I'm finally doing it! I haven't updated our blog for about five months, but I'm doing it TODAY! So.......following this post, there are about 10 more new ones!

BOOTS
Branson loves shoes. And he's always trying every one's on. This was my favorite though. These are Macie's friend's boots, and Branson loves them! No pants makes it even cuter.

Macie made a baby carrier out of an old shirt she got for "dress up" at a garage sale. I thought it was cute.

She is loving puzzles lately and is getting really good at them!

Karen, this one's for you! I swear there is a picture just like this of my sister and me when we were around the same age. It made me laugh. This is Macie and Branson dancing to Macie's favorite song, "Mean" by Taylor Swift. I'm not sure why she loves it so much, but she can't get enough of it.

Cause for Celebration!

Macie finally got rid of her potty seat! One day I was cleaning her potty seat that sits on top of the toilet, and I asked Macie what it would take for her to let us throw that yucky thing out. (we had tried to get rid of it before, but she would refuse to go, and wet her pants if I didn't put it back on. Even though she didn't need it when she wasn't at home.) I asked her if she wanted to go out for ice cream. She said she wanted to go on a date to the library, and then to the store to get STRAWBERRY ice cream. Hmmmm..........Deal! So we went outside and Macie threw that nasty little potty seat in the garbage.

Reed had his 29th birthday on Jan 17.  We had a few friends and family over for cake and ice cream to celebrate. I love this man! He really amazes me more all the time. I am so lucky to have him!

Bear

Meet BEAR. Let's just say he is loved. Branson carries him everywhere, and has to have him when he goes to bed. It's terrible when he's lost, and I've had to go pick him up from friends' houses a few times at bedtime. Branson either carries him in his mouth, by the bear's nose, or under his arm like a football. He is already starting to fall apart. He's got a bald patch on his bum and a hole where I had to cut out candy from his fur. His nose is always wet and nasty, and I have to wash him about three times a week. For some reason, Branson cannot get enough of this little guy.
