Pretty Little Girl

These are a few pictures I took of Macie the other day. We had fun with the camera!

In this one Macie was actually falling off the pillow, that's why my hand is in the picture. I thought it was a funny picture of her.

Macie loves the morning! She is always so happy and content.

Another Camping Trip

Last weekend we went camping up by Kelly Canyon with Klay & Lindsey Johnson. Macie did really good again, which makes it fun. On Saturday we all went on a four-wheeler ride through the trees. The leaves there are just starting to turn and it was SO pretty! I love the fall. The only problem with fall is that winter is now way too close!

The Fair

Last Thursday Reed, Macie, my sister Sonja and I went to the fair. The food was Delicious and fattening as ever! We had a good time and Macie, as always, drew a lot of attention. I don't mean to brag, okay maybe a little, but I swear we can't go anywhere without drawing a small crowd around our baby girl! The other day at Lowe's we had seven or eight people surrounding her. When we were walking through crowds at the fair there were constant comments: "Look at that baby!" "What a beautiful baby!" "Look at all that hair!" "You have to come see this baby!" And my favorite, "Is that a wig?" Ha ha. Well, I am a little bias, but I think she is beautiful!

New Discovery

In the last little while Macie has discovered her tongue. She looks like a little lizard when she sticks it in and out. This picture doesn't do her justice. It was hard to snap the picture when her tongue was all the way out because she brings it back in so fast!

Chipmunk Cheeks

These are just a few pictures of Macie in the morning. (Notice her bed-head) She is growing so fast and is getting the cutest chubby little cheeks. You can't help but kiss them!

Camping!

A few weeks ago we bought an old camper, so on Labor Day weekend we decided to try it out. It was Macie's first ever camping trip and she did great. She even slept better at night than she does at home! Saturday we all piled on our four-wheeler and went for a little ride. (Macie was in a front carrier, thank you Katie) Macie fell right asleep and stayed that way until the ride was over. We had a really good time and are looking forward to our next little camping trip.

Rock-a-bye Baby

Macie loves her swing! I am so glad that there is something to entertain her for a while so I can get some things done, like shower. She stays in there for a few hours at a time sometimes, and I feel a little guilty for leaving her alone for so long. But I guess not guilty enough to take her out until she fusses.
