Our New Family Pictures......

Here are the pictures that Reed's cousin Angie took of us this year. This is the family we did a picture swap with. I think they turned out great and we love them. Thank you so much Angie!

The Stool

We got Macie this little step-stool to help her get on the potty. But she never uses it to help her in the bathroom!(she's not doing too great with the potty-training yet) Instead, she uses it to get things she can't reach......like the Halloween candy, and chips(pictures below). It's so funny, I know she's up to something when I hear her dragging her stool out of her bathroom.

I got out of the shower one morning and couldn't find Macie anywhere. I kept calling for her, and she wouldn't answer. I finally noticed that the laundry room door was shut, so I opened the door and found this....

As soon as I opened the door she said, "Hi." She was sitting on the ground with her spoils, and eating all the chips she wanted.

Halloween.....

I thought I'd post about Halloween before Thanksgiving is over! Halloween was really fun this year because Macie just LOVED it! We had a Ward party and Trunk-or-treat one day. The next we had a little party for the kids at my neighbor's house. Then we had a party at our friends the High's house, and then Saturday we went trick-or-treating! Macie loved getting dressed up and getting candy, but especially loved answering the door for the trick-or-treaters! She got WAY too much candy, so I took the majority of it out of her bag while she was sleeping, which I planned on saving. I ate ALL of it within the next three days!! I am such a little kid! I couldn't keep myself away from it, and had a headacke for a couple days after that. I think my body was going through sugar withdrals. :)

Our pumpkins that we never got around to carving :( We bought them from some neighbor kids who grew them in their garden....they were so excited to get the money for them! it was really cute.

Everyday Stuff.....

Nothing really exciting usually happens around here, but I want to remember the everyday things too.....
