I am NOT ready for this.......

I thought I had at least six months until I had to start thinking about Potty Training. Nope, Macie is officially obsessed with sitting on the potty! I thought she would just think it was cool for a little while, and then stop. But it's been a few weeks, and she just wants to sit on it more and more! I thought she was WAY too young, but I talked to my mom and mother-in-law and they both had little girls start at Macie's age. So please help me......I don't know the first thing about potty training! We bought her a seat a couple nights ago, which she thinks she's so cool sitting on. But she's never actually WENT in the toilet, just LOVES to sit on it...and wipe...and flush...and wash her hands. Over and over:) So, any advice would be great!

Oooh goody! I hope it's not just a joke!! Madelyn tricked me, I thought she was going to use the potty at 20 months...but that didn't happen. So good luck! Just go with the flow! If she likes it, just work with her at it. I would give my kids yummy drinks while they sat on the potty and read books to get them to stay long enough for a possible...you know. Have fun! :)

Ahhh good luck! Please learn all the tricks and then tell me! hahaha! Macie will do just fine- especially because she wants too! Good luck with everything!

RUN WITH IT! Take it from me...you don't want to be changing diapers for two children. Somedays I feel like that is all I do! Braden is actually really good at going on the potty if I make him, but he is NOT INTERESTED in doing it seriously. AAaaahhh, boys....

Don't know what to tell you since Aubree still thinks it is fun to sit on the toilet, wipe, and wash more than I want her to. She actually does go potty sometimes so i just need to buck up and spend a couple days doing nothing but potty training.

Wow...we were all really helpful. This sounds like a job for a big sister/mom! ha ha
